How your information is handled

When online submission is available and a confirmation reference is returned, your details are stored for registration review. When unavailable, a downloaded draft is saved only to your device. The proposed association’s organizing team will use it for verification and community organization. We do not publish your private contact, legal or landlord details. Approved profiles may show the operating name, category, address, website, description and year established. Email verification is not currently automated. This form is not a general marketing subscription. To request a correction or withdrawal, submit a claim using the same business name and email, noting the request in the description. No account or verified ownership is created by this form.

A saved request requires a confirmation reference. Downloading a draft does not submit it.

A little clarity before you make an introduction.

Does enrolling commit my business to fees?

No payment is collected through enrolment. A submitted request records an introduction and expression of interest; a downloaded draft stays on your device. It does not establish a BIA or impose a levy.

Can I correct or claim a listing?

Choose “Claim a listing” on the enrolment page. Identify the business and its address, and explain the correction in the description. A request does not grant ownership or change a profile automatically.

Which information becomes public?

Public profiles may show operating names, categories, business addresses, websites, descriptions and supplied establishment years. Editorial profiles can also show a public business phone from a cited source. Private registration contacts, legal names and ownership information are excluded from the public registry.
